This website, arise-lb.com, is run by Arise, Lebanon. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at ⁦+961 71 516 583⁩.

What this website collects

This website has no contact form, no account and no newsletter. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

Hosting: the site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic technical data (browser type, the page requested, the time) to deliver the page, protect the site from attacks and report network errors. Cloudflare may process this data outside Lebanon, including in the United States and the EU.

Your theme choice: if you switch between dark and light mode, your browser stores that choice ("light" or "dark") on your own device. It is not sent to us.

Fonts: our fonts are stored on our own site. Loading them does not contact Google or any other font service.

When you contact us

If you tap a WhatsApp or call button, you leave this website. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp LLC (Meta) and has its own privacy policy.

When you message or call us, we receive your phone number, your name as shown in WhatsApp, and what you write. We use it only to answer you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. If you do not become a client, we delete these conversations no later than 24 months after our last contact. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to its use. Send us a message on WhatsApp or call ⁦+961 71 516 583⁩. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
